Where is the meeting point, or is there a hotel pick-up service?

Most of our tours include pick-up and drop-off service at hotels located within the Mazatlán tourist zone. If you are staying elsewhere or prefer to arrive independently, we will gladly provide you with the meeting point and time when you make your reservation.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons and weekends.

Are the tours suitable for children and seniors?

Yes. We have tours ideal for families and travelers of all ages. If any tour requires a higher level of physical exertion, we will indicate this beforehand so you can choose the best option.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Depending on how far in advance you booked and the tour you booked, we may be able to offer a date change or apply our current cancellation policy.

Do the tours operate in case of rain?

Most of our tours proceed as normal, weather permitting. In the event of heavy rain or any situation that could compromise the safety of participants, we will contact you to reschedule the experience or provide you with available options.
